Relex Consultant Apply
As a Relex Supply Chain Consultant, you will work closely with our retail and wholesale clients to implement and optimize RELEX’s supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring software to meet client needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The role involves working cross-functionally with customers, project managers, and development teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, supply chain processes, and pain points.
- Implement RELEX’s supply chain and retail planning solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Analyze supply chain data and make recommendations to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Customize and configure the RELEX platform to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support and optimizations to ensure continued value delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on supply chain trends, RELEX product enhancements, and industry best practices to provide cutting-edge consulting services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, retail planning, or inventory management, preferably in retail, wholesale, or FMCG environments.
- Experience with Relex supply chain planning software is mandatory; other ERP systems, or demand forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, JDA, or similar) is a nice to have
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills, including experience in managing large-scale software implementations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other technical tools for data analysis is a plus.
