Our Midlands based retail client is seeking a talented RELEX Super User to join their established retail operation and to drive utilisation of the system across the businessKey Responsibilities:Act as the in-house subject matter expert for the RELEX ensuring optimal performance across the businessProvide first-line support to operational teams, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training or refresher sessions to ensure effective system use.Maintain and optimise RELEX configuration settings and inform the business of feasible changes Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting, replenishment, and planning processes and advise the company on best practice changes Lead system testing for updates, enhancements, and new features. Support change management activities and ensure smooth rollout of new functionalities.Collaborate with RELEX consultants, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and align system capabilities with business needs.Key Skills:Proven operational experience as a Super User for RELEX within a supply chain and retail environmentStrong soft skills including stakeholder engagement and relationship managementMust be commutable to the West Midlands at least 3 times per weekMust be willing to travel nationally for implementation processes
