Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions. Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) maintenance strategies. Utilize reliability tools such as FMEA and RCM to improve asset performance and reduce downtime. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on new equipment specifications and commissioning to ensure inherent reliability. Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance personnel on reliability best practices and troubleshooting. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on maintenance, reliability, or asset performance. Demonstrated expertise in reliability methodologies including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Proficiency with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis for reliability data and performance metrics. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis. Experience with specific Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM. Familiarity with IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies for asset health monitoring. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
