Key Responsibilities Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies and schedules. Specify reliability requirements for new equipment and capital projects. Evaluate and optimize spare parts inventory based on criticality and failure rates. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in reliability methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, and RCM. Experience with condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) and CMMS/EAM systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to asset performance. CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) certification preferred.
