Key Responsibilities Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Develop, optimize, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies (PM/PdM). Facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) workshops. Analyze maintenance data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for reliability improvement. Specify reliability requirements for new equipment and participate in design reviews and commissioning. Manage and optimize asset lifecycle performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs on reliability tools and techniques for maintenance and operations personnel. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in reliability methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and statistical analysis for reliability improvement. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. Bonus Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and predictive modeling. Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) for asset performance management. Proficiency with specialized reliability software (e.g., ReliaSoft, Minitab for advanced statistical analysis).
