Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures to prevent recurrence. Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and increase uptime. Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices. Support capital projects by ensuring new equipment meets reliability and maintainability standards. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3-5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, and statistical analysis. Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Bonus Qualifications CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) certification. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with specific CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Basic programming skills for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
