Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Develop, optimize, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Analyze equipment performance data to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve asset reliability and uptime. Implement and monitor key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Evaluate new equipment specifications for reliability, maintainability, and life cycle cost. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on equipment reliability. Demonstrated expertise in applying reliability methodologies (RCM, FMECA, RCA). Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis for reliability data. Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for asset and maintenance management. Bonus Qualifications Advanced data analysis and programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive maintenance. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced Asset Performance Management (APM) software platforms (e.g., Meridium APM, Aspen Mtell). Certified Vibration Analyst (Category II or higher).
