Key Responsibilities Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues. Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies. Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies. Provide reliability input for new equipment selection, design, and commissioning. Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE). Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in reliability, maintenance, or process improvement. Demonstrated proficiency in reliability engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, statistical analysis). Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and data analysis software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) for maintenance data. Experience with advanced condition monitoring technologies (e.g., thermal imaging, acoustic emission, oil analysis interpretation). Project management experience leading reliability improvement initiatives.
