Key Responsibilities Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues. Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and schedules. Implement and manage condition monitoring programs (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. Monitor and report on key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Support capital projects and new equipment installations to ensure reliability-centered design. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset uptime and reduce maintenance costs. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in reliability methodologies (e.g., RCA, FMEA, RCM, statistical analysis). Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, processes, and failure modes. Certification such as CMRP or CRE is highly desirable. Bonus Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting. Experience with digital twin or simulation software for asset performance modeling. Advanced certifications in specific condition monitoring techniques (e.g., Vibration Analysis Level III, Infrared Thermography Level II).
