Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Provide reliability input for new equipment selection, design, and commissioning processes. Analyze spare parts criticality and consumption to optimize inventory levels and availability. Track and report on key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Develop and refine maintenance procedures and standards to ensure best practices. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience applying reliability engineering principles in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies. Experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for asset performance improvement. Knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability workflows. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience applying machine learning or advanced analytics for predictive maintenance. Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and scripting. Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
