Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence. Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for critical manufacturing assets. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for reliability improvement. Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to maximize asset uptime. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on new equipment specifications for reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for asset performance and maintenance processes. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline. 3-5+ years of experience in a reliability engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and other reliability methodologies. Practical experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasonics. Proficiency in analyzing maintenance data, calculating reliability metrics, and utilizing CMMS/EAM systems. CMRP or CRL certification preferred.
