We have partnered with an environmental services company in the Adams, NE area to provide them with a Reliability Engineer II. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Reliability Engineer II:
#1. Bachelor of Science degree or higher (from an accredited school) in the Engineering field.
#2. 3 years of planning and scheduling experience in a large-scale industrial continuous process manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
#3. Experience with maintenance procedures for processing equipment such as evaporators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, drying equipment, boilers, conveyors, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, valves, electrical circuits, and instrumentation preferred.
#4. Project management or project engineering experience preferred.
#5. Formal planning and scheduling training or relevant certifications are preferred.
#6. We will only look at candidates with an engineering degree and authorized to work in the United States
Requirements for the Reliability Engineer II:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling within a large-scale industrial manufacturing environment, particularly those with continuous processes, is highly desirable.
- Experience with maintenance protocols for processing machinery like evaporators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, drying systems, boilers, conveyors, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, valves, electrical circuits, and instrumentation is preferred.
- Previous project management or project engineering experience is an advantage.
- Formal training in planning and scheduling or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without relying on a student visa or third-party sponsorship.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and communicate to achieve positive outcomes.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- General awareness of OSHA and EPA regulations related to construction and manufacturing.
