Reliability Engineer Apply
Responsibilities Lead vibration analysis activities including data collection, route development, spectrum interpretation, and reporting Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, and fans Develop and support predictive maintenance programs including vibration monitoring, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis Monitor equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize corrective actions based on reliability data Support asset criticality assessments and reliability centered maintenance strategies Drive reliability improvement projects to extend equipment life and eliminate chronic failures Support the maintenance and optimization of condition monitoring tools and systems Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to equipment performance and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and company policies Participate in cross functional teams to support plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred 5 or more years of experience in reliability engineering, vibration analysis, or maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment Strong experience with vibration analysis and rotating equipment diagnostics Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category III or similar) preferred Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring, ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysis Experience working with CMMS systems such as SAP or similar platforms Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross functional manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
