Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Engineer Aluminum Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineer to lead and manage multiple engineering projects focused on enhancing plant safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. This role requires strong leadership in project management, budget adherence, and development of innovative solutions that ensure operational success and sustainability for our Tennessee Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple engineering projects and oversee project managers.
- Monitor and analyze project budgets, addressing out-of-budget expenses and ensuring they align with project goals.
- Direct maintenance and engineering efforts to optimize plant performance, focusing on safety, quality, and cost.
- Develop and implement solutions to address plant safety and environmental needs.
- Contribute to the 5-year operational strategy, focusing on growth and sustainability projects.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls over business processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Oversee cost estimation and pricing for projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Manage the Plant Capital Improvement Program and oversee project authorization requests.
- Ensure timely requisition, delivery, and approval of equipment.
- Regularly update engineering standards, maintenance recommendations, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other audit standards across all operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in one of the following areas: casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, mill finishing, or facilities.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
