Title : Remedy Systems Engineer

Location: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in Greenwood Village, CO 80111

Duration: 6 Months

Interview Process: One and Done Interview (WebEx video for candidates that will need to relocate, onsite for local)

About the job

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of system engineering experience with strong automation skills
• Linux
• Remedy experience developing/automating within Remedy, not just working with it as an end user
• SQL
• Python
• Understanding of networking

Bonus Skills:

• Java

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate incidents with detailed RCA process that led to specific actions and ongoing improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of events and impacted technical areas to find and act on trends.
• Support outages and events across the enterprise network
• Support internal Remedy application including feature development/enhancement, change requests, work orders, event management, etc.
• Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
• Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
• Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback.
• Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.
• Work in an on-call rotation for one week every seven weeks
