REQUIREMENT: ADABAS Natural Programmer / Legacy Systems Project Lead Columbia, SC (Hybrid)---Locals Only Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases. E32 Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment. Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement Claims knowledge is a plus). Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues. Comfortable providing training, mentoring, and support to junior or permanent staff. Ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Familiarity with JCL, batch and online processing. Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation. Understanding software version control and development best practices. Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.
