We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Administrative Support Specialist to assist our team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, supporting others, and maintaining structure in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview

As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of GreenTown’s projects and departments. You’ll handle scheduling, data entry, documentation, and communication tasks while supporting managers and teams across the organization—all from your remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize company documents, reports, and records.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with virtual event logistics.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely, professional manner.

  • Support team members by managing administrative workflows and tracking project timelines.

  • Maintain databases and ensure accurate data entry.

  • Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining HR records.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sustainability, green industries, or working in a remote team.

  • Military experience or background in structured, operational environments is highly valued.
