About the Opportunity

The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding our Georgia team and is looking for motivated professionals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and building long-term career growth.

This is a remote client-facing role where you will meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, review available benefit options, answer questions, and help clients understand coverage choices when appropriate.

No prior insurance experience is required for qualified candidates. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients by phone and Zoom
• Review available benefit options
• Answer questions and provide professional client support
• Complete online documentation
• Follow a structured client-service process
• Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
• Develop communication, leadership, and client-service skills
