Remote Cobol Programmer

Full-time Description Wilson-McShane Corporation, a third-party administrator for Taft Hartley funds, is seeking a full-time COBOL Programmer in our Bloomington, MN office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Consults with supervisor, team members, and end users to gather program specifications including requirements, functionality, and features. Creates programs according to specifications from supervisor, team members, and end users. Writes and maintains program, process, and systems documentation. Designs and creates user interface screens, reports, and system interfaces. Maintains and modifies existing programs as necessary to implement corrections, modifications, and/or enhancements. Other duties as assigned. The schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch and the position offers a hybrid schedule pending the completion of the initial training process.
