Bring your skills to our team as a Remote Customer Service Rep, where you will follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, manage simple records and enter information accurately, and help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. Additional duties include provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, as well as support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, learn company products and services to better assist others, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
