Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our construction services, pricing, and project timelines to clients.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the relevant departments within NEWCO CONSTRUCTION.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback on our services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and site visits for clients as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all customer requests are handled accurately.
