Legal Intake Specialist

Washington Legal Group is seeking a Remote Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new personal injury clients. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, articulate, organized, and skilled at guiding prospective clients through the intake process with clarity and empathy.

You will handle inbound leads, qualify cases, schedule consultations, and ensure every potential client receives an excellent experience.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Standard business hours (EST or CST, depending on firm need)

• Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and referrals promptly and professionally
• Conduct detailed personal injury intakes and assess case viability
• Build rapport with potential clients through empathy and active listening
• Enter accurate data into the firm’s CRM and case management system
• Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who have not completed the next steps
• Maintain communication with prospective clients throughout early case stages
• Track lead activity, call metrics, and conversion progress
• Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative intake needs

• 1–2+ years of intake, customer service, call center, or client-facing experience
• Experience in personal injury or legal intake strongly preferred
• Clear communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with composure and empathy
• Strong typing, data entry, and CRM skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a professional remote setup
