Licensed Therapists Wanted! Flexible Remote Opportunity in California

Are you ready to bring your skills to a role that blends flexibility with purpose? We are seeking Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) for full-time virtual positions.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll deliver therapy sessions online, focusing on individual, family, or group needs.
• You’ll design therapy plans that empower clients to take charge of their mental health.
• When clients face crises, you’ll step in with immediate, empathetic support.
• You’ll document client progress and collaborate with other professionals to provide well-rounded care.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California State as an LPPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
