Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist across California to provide virtual counseling services to individuals seeking support with emotional, behavioral, and psychological health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, creating care plans, and offering therapy sessions online to help clients achieve lasting progress.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus full benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough assessments to identify client needs
• Provide virtual therapy sessions customized to individual goals
• Adjust treatment approaches as clients progress
• Collaborate with care teams to strengthen outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Strong online communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse populations
