Looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (Virtual, Full-Time)

Ready for a meaningful role that lets you support others from the comfort of your home? We’re hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) to join our California-based virtual team.

What the Role Involves:

• Guiding individuals, couples, and families through personalized therapy sessions online.
• Collaborating with clients to create actionable plans for their mental health journey.
• Providing crisis intervention with care and professionalism when needed.
• Keeping organized, accurate records while respecting client confidentiality.
• Being part of a supportive team that works together to offer holistic care.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California State as an LPPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
