Make a Difference as a Remote Mental Health Counselor (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges.
• Partner with clients to craft tailored plans that help them meet their goals.
• Offer compassionate support during crises, ensuring client safety.
• Document sessions securely and accurately, meeting all compliance standards.
• Collaborate with a team of caring professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded support.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California State as an LPPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
