In This Role, You’ll:

• Guide clients through therapy sessions that address their unique needs and goals.
• Create practical treatment plans that help clients achieve balance and recovery.
• Offer a steady presence during crises, ensuring clients feel supported.
• Maintain secure, confidential client records that meet all compliance standards.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health experts.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California State as an LPPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
