Job Summary AFL Telecommunications LLC is seeking a Business Analyst III to work in close partnership with the Manager Oracle Services, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Business Process Owners, Developers, and End Users, to optimize and automate supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial business processes specific to the Oracle application. This role is responsible for playing a critical role in identifying opportunities to add business value, pursue improved or new technology functionality, and drive the maximum level of standardization of business processes and technology across the entire corporation. Responsibilities Work in close partnership with the Manager Oracle Services, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Business Process Owners, Developers, and End Users, to optimize and automate supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial business processes specific to the Oracle application. Play a critical role in identifying opportunities to add business value, pursue improved or new technology functionality, and drive the maximum level of standardization of business processes and technology across the entire corporation. Plan, design, test, and deploy efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Develop business cases, gathering detailed business and systems requirements and user stories/journeys. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. This position requires 20% domestic travel and 5% international travel. Remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field of study and seven (7) years as an Oracle Business Analyst, Assistant Consultant, or related role where required experience gained. Also requires experience in the following skills: Two (2) years of planning skills that include project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines; Oracle Demand Management, Oracle Supply Planning, Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP), Oracle Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) or Material Planning (MRP); Oracle EBS Versions 11i, 12; Business processes as they related to assigned area of focus in a diverse manufacturing organization; Strong process orientation with proven experience in business and technical and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology-based implementation; Research, understand, and apply knowledge of the Oracle Application to business needs within the organization; Ability to train and provide support to users; and Strong business acumen: Establish and maintain effective relationships, develop business cases and ROI’s for solution design proposals.
