Detailed Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management

- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including therapy, medication management, and social support

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication management records

- Participate in treatment planning and case conferences to ensure holistic and individualized care for each patient

- Contribute to improving and advancing our mental healthcare services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and staying current with evidence-based practices

Detailed Qualifications:

- ANCC Board Certification or equivalent

- Valid state medical license with no restrictions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and communicate compassionately with patients

- Demonstrated dedication to improving mental healthcare and a strong sense of empathy and compassion for patients
