REMOTE Regional Sales Director (Laser Product exp. req.) Location: REMOTE - Must live in CA Salary: $150,000- $200,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr. OTE: $250K+) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) + match, Holidays, PTO, $800+ Monthly Car Allowance Job Type: Full-Time Territory: California (state-wide) Travel: up to 60% - Local/Domestic (CA only) Sponsorship is not available REMOTE Regional Sales Director (Laser Product exp. req.) Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Regional Sales Director to add to their largest territory in California. This is an individual contributor sales role where you will execute sales strategies to drive new business while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. We seek an expert in selling laser sources in the industrial space, someone who understands the technical nuances and can effectively communicate the value propositions of high-tech solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your deep industry knowledge will be crucial in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in this highly competitive market. To be successful in this role, you should be capable of speaking to your sales success, demonstrated by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Your "go-getter" mindset and entrepreneurial spirit will be vital to navigating the challenges and seizing this expansive territory's opportunities. Responsibilities • Drive sales growth in key market segments • Travel extensively to expand business • Demonstrate assertiveness, effective collaboration, and time management skills • Focus on large turn-key projects and individual piece applications • Manage industrial machinery sales, particularly laser tooling products • Oversee project costing • Conduct marketing analysis and provide design inputs • Coordinate with Engineering on technical requirements • Deliver detailed proposal presentations • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry presentations REMOTE Regional Sales Director (Laser Product exp. req.)
