Salcines, PA, a leading real estate, title, and business law firm serving Florida, including Coral Gables and Miami. This role is all about closing deals and driving business growth by converting leads into paying clients.

We specialize in real estate closings (residential & commercial), contract review, debt settlement, foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant disputes, and commercial litigation. Our firm is dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services with a client-centered approach.

Position Overview

The Remote Bilingual Sales Representative will play a critical role in the firm’s success by converting leads into retained clients. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong sales background, capable of building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals efficiently.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
  • Base Salary: $1,400 + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients face-to-face, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal needs.
  • Convert leads into paying clients by effectively presenting the firm’s services and guiding them through the intake process.
  • Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients during weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Perform follow-up calls post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address client concerns.
  • Document detailed notes in the firm’s online system for future reference and tracking.
  • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates on sales performance and discuss strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Spanish – No accent or a very minimal accent required.
  • Proven sales experience – Background in legal, real estate, or financial services preferred.
  • Exceptional communication & persuasion skills – Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated & goal-oriented – Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM software and virtual communication platforms.
  • Flexible availability – Willingness to engage with potential clients during evenings or weekends when needed.
