We’re hiring an experienced insurance professional to join our remote team. This full-time role is for someone with 5+ years of experience selling limited medical and short-term health insurance. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Clearly explain insurance products and coverage options

• Resolve customer issues and answer policy-related questions

• Accurately maintain and update customer records and reporting

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience selling limited medical and short-term health policies

• Proven ability to retain clients and close sales

• Confident, professional phone presence and strong communication skills

• Comfortable with CRM systems and online tools

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
