We’re hiring an experienced insurance professional to join our remote team. This full-time role is for someone with 5+ years of experience selling limited medical and short-term health insurance. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Clearly explain insurance products and coverage options
Resolve customer issues and answer policy-related questions
Accurately maintain and update customer records and reporting
What You Bring:
5+ years’ experience selling limited medical and short-term health policies
Proven ability to retain clients and close sales
Confident, professional phone presence and strong communication skills
Comfortable with CRM systems and online tools
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required

$20/hour base pay
Weekly pay plus performance-based bonuses
Full-time schedule | Monday–Friday (no weekends)
