Description OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a QA Tester to support a ServiceNow Development program with our federal customer. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects and issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ServiceNow requirements and create test plans and test cases that align with business needs Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and issues Work closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and debug issues, and ensure that defects are resolved before software releases Provide feedback on product quality and suggest process improvements to ensure that high-quality software is consistently delivered Perform functional, regression, and integration testing, and participate in exploratory testing as required Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the Agile development process, and participate in Agile ceremonies as required Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a QA Tester with ServiceNow platforms with manual testing experience, and experience working with enterprise software in large teams Strong knowledge and experience of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience working in an Agile development process, and familiarity with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree or higher, preferable in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester, at least one of those in a ServiceNow platform SECURITY CLEARANCE Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Pursuant to government contracts, US Citizenship is required iTech AG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
