We enable businesses to securely and efficiently connect distributed applications and machines across edges, clouds, and service meshes via our global overlay fabric. The NetFoundry platform, delivered as NaaS, enables businesses to connect applications without the costs and complexity of VPNs/SD-WAN/MPLS, custom hardware, and private circuits. NetFoundry’s platform offers zero trust agile connectivity for the embedded edge and app-embedded solutions to securely connect while greatly minimizing threats from bad actors. The platform is accessed via APIs, SDKs, and DevOps tools integrations, enabling practitioners, application developers, and network administrators to get the levels of automation and agility that are only possible with connectivity-as-code. Maintain and improve documentation version control, structure, and usability. Contribute to onboarding materials, use case examples, and product release notes. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all technical documents in line with NetFoundry’s voice and brand. Conduct content audits and propose improvements to documentation structure and accessibility. Work with UX, engineering, and support teams to identify documentation gaps and user pain points. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software, networking, or cloud infrastructure environment. Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., Zero Trust, SD-WAN, VPN, TLS, DNS, edge computing). Experience documenting RESTful APIs, SDKs, and command-line tools. Familiarity with Markdown, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, and documentation generators (e.g., Docusaurus, Hugo, MkDocs). Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate them clearly. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with Kubernetes, DevOps practices, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience contributing to open-source projects or developer-focused documentation.
