Job Title:               Territory Manager, Upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania General Job Summary Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, Manage the sales of the specified region, Provide support to dealer base and grow market share in primary market area (Upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania). Essential Job Functions *Develop relationships with dealers through support and being a resource for the client. *Identify, seek out and pursue new opportunities (dealers, contractors, private, public, commercial) *Provide pre-sales, post-sales and service support *Conduct dealer education and development *Resolve product-expectation and service-perception issues *Participate in corporate sales meetings Other Duties and Responsibilities As assigned Skills/Experience/Training Required *High school diploma or GED required; four-year business degree, or equivalent     combination education and work experience in sales and/or building materials. *Experience in the fenestration industry preferred. *Knowledge of residential construction practices and building materials *Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to establish strong business and appropriate personal relationships with business partners *Excellent skills in three-dimensional thinking, problem solving and negotiation *Working knowledge of modern office procedures, practices and equipment, including the use of computers Working conditions *This is a remote position based out the candidate’s home *Significant travel required, company car provided. *Cell phone, Laptop and office equipment provided The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to do this job.
