# Renewals Manager, DistributionExperiencedExperienced The Americas Distribution Renewal Manager is responsible for driving **renewal performance for distributor-led and long-tail accounts** across the Americas Geo. This role owns renewal execution through major distribution partners across all of the Americas, ensuring **high renewal rates, on-time renewals, and predictable ARR retention** through disciplined processes, partner engagement, and pipeline management.The role acts as the primary interface between Check Point and our distributors, along with internal renewal stakeholders, ensuring renewals are executed efficiently at scale while protecting pricing integrity and customer retention.### Key Responsibilities* Directly manage Renewals for assigned set of Distributors. Distributor renewal bookings and attainment against the joint goals will be a key measurement of success.* Jointly develop and implement plans to scale renewal automation with the goal of increasing on time renewal rate and positioning up/ cross sell.* Collaborate with Distributor Managers, Renewal Managers and Sales* Maintain accurate metric tracking and reporting based on Revenue Forecast and Pipeline goals.* Work closely with distributors to ensure they can quote upcoming renewals accurately and proactively, ensure they have accurate information regarding upcoming renewals 120 days in advance.* Train distributor teams on renewal best practices, how to upsell and keep them informed of any product changes that impact renewals* Act as the primary point of contact for all renewal-related inquiries for Distribution* Provide feedback to global distributor team, sales ops and product teams on recurring renewal blockers to continue to improve efficiency* Monitor customer usage, adoption, and renewal risk signals from telemetry or distributor feedback### Qualifications* Proven track record in relationship-based channel account management and/or renewal sales* Experience in operations related role is a plus.* Possess good business acumen in channels sales management, business development, and strategic partner alignment* Experience in the IT industry, especially in Cloud-based software, infrastructure and services* Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry – highly preferred* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Experience developing and launching go-to-market strategies* Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically* Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities* Solution oriented skill set* Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the futureEOE M/F/Veterans/DisabledThe wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
