We are seeking an experienced RF Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in through-hole and surface-mount soldering, as well as component-level troubleshooting and repair. This position involves working with radio antennas and amplifier transmitters, performing testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering for component-level repairs.
• Diagnose and repair RF (radio frequency) components with precision.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of radio antennas and amplifier transmitters.
• Work with various RF systems and equipment to maintain functionality.
• Handle heavy lifting (50+ lbs) as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
• Strong component-level troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Hands-on experience working with RF components and systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs comfortably.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
