The Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and decision-ready reporting across financial and operational performance. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into revenue, cost, margin, and productivity drivers.This individual will own the production, automation, and continuous improvement of management reporting, including KPI dashboards, recurring executive packages, and ad-hoc analytical requests. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment where data credibility and speed matter. Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & Financial Reporting:Produce recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for Executive Leadership, FP&A, and OperationsMaintain core KPI dashboards across revenue, margin, volumes, labor, utilization, churn, and client performanceReconcile and validate data across financial systems, operational platforms, and data warehousesSupport budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles by supplying clean, auditable reportingData & Analytics:Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear reporting outputsIdentify trends, variances, and anomalies in performance and proactively flag risks and opportunitiesPartner with FP&A and operating leaders to define new metrics and improve insight qualityBuild and maintain scalable data models to support self-service analyticsReduce manual reporting through automation, scripting, and BI toolsImprove data integrity through validation rules, controls, and documentationOwn definitions, logic, and data lineage for key metricsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field3–5+ years of experience in reporting, FP&A, business intelligence, or analyticsAdvanced Excel skills (Power Query, PowerPivot and Excel Data Model)Strong experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI experience required) including developing data structure and dashboard reporting from scratchExperience working with large datasets from multiple source systemsHigh attention to detail with the ability to reconcile and validate financial and operational dataPreferred QualificationsExperience in private-equity-backed, high-growth, or services-based companiesSQL or other query language experienceExperience with NetSuite Accounting Information System and ReportingExperience with Reporting Tool and ERP implementationsExposure to revenue cycle, healthcare, SaaS, or transaction-based businessesFP&A or Finance background – understanding of financial statements and profitability analysis
