JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pilot Plumbing & Drain is currently seeking a Representative of First Impressions Plumbing Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping others and has a strong understanding of plumbing services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in-person and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist customers with scheduling plumbing services, addressing inquiries, and providing information
  • Listen to customer needs and assess plumbing issues to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Coordinate with the plumbing team to schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing services and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
