Pilot Plumbing & Drain is currently seeking a Representative of First Impressions Plumbing Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in-person and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist customers with scheduling plumbing services, addressing inquiries, and providing information
- Listen to customer needs and assess plumbing issues to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Coordinate with the plumbing team to schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing services and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
