The postholder will lead Phase 2 evaluation and learning capture for the Breaking Barriers programme, working closely with the project leads to design and deliver a mixed-methods evaluation across research confidence, funding readiness, and inclusion/collaboration. They will support the translation of programme activity into robust evidence (survey/focus group/interview data; process and outcome measures), and will contribute directly to publication-ready outputs including scoping studies, journal manuscripts, and funder-facing evaluation reports. They will also help co-produce legacy resources (e.g., impact toolkit and case studies) that support inclusive research practice and institutional learning.
