Job Description Perform bio-functional assays supporting vaccine development. Conduct biological assays, including neutralization assays and ELISAs. Monitor immune responses elicited by vaccine candidates in pre-clinical and clinical studies. Carry out laboratory experiments to monitor humoral and cellular immune responses to vaccine antigens. Analyze immune responses using techniques such as tissue culture, ELISA, and neutralization assays. Interpret and summarize experimental data. Generate, characterize, and qualify reagents for assays; maintain laboratory supplies. Complete all cGMP/GLP and safety training per department requirements. Perform responsibilities in compliance with cGMP/GLP and regulatory agencies where applicable. Present experimental results at group meetings; maintain laboratory notebooks per policy.
