Employer Industry: Research Compliance Consulting Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $88,000 Opportunity for participation in an annual incentive compensation program Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Full‑time remote work flexibility Chance to work with prestigious higher education institutions and make a significant impact in the research compliance industry Dynamic work environment with opportunities for collaboration and professional growth What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Review and triage incoming Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and conflict of interest (COI) disclosures Conduct pre‑reviews of IRB submissions to identify missing materials and special regulatory issues Perform certain non‑committee IRB reviews and support the COI disclosure process Draft COI management plans and expedite non‑compliance with disclosure timeliness Evaluate COI disclosures against research portfolios and institutional responsibilities What is Required (Qualifications) U.S. work authorization required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of combined IRB and COI experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially strong skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of federal regulations governing the ethical conduct of research and protection of human subjects How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) Prior experience using the Huron HRPP Toolkit Experience with HRS IRB and/or COI software #J-18808-Ljbffr
