Job Title: Research Data Analyst (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform statistical analysis using tools such as R, Python, or SAS to derive insights and trends from research data.
• Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and execution of research projects, ensuring data integrity and adherence to methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, project managers, and external partners, to provide data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes, recommending best practices.
• Present research findings and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Research Methods, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis, preferably in a research environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SPSS).
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in database management and querying (SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
