Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an assisted living or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and implement effective care plans and manage nursing staff.
