Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resident Care Manager to lead our caregiving team and ensure the highest quality of life for our residents. If you are passionate about working with seniors and possess a licensed practical nurse (LPN) license along with management experience, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily resident care operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations

- Lead, supervise, and support caregiving staff to deliver compassionate and personalized care

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and team members to ensure seamless communication

- Monitor and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies

- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations

- Promote a positive, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Proven management or supervisory experience in a senior care or healthcare setting

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple priorities
