Job Description:
Daily responsibilities will involve developing designs, preparing construction drawings, collaborating with engineers and clients, and ensuring that projects adhere to state and local building codes.
Requirements:
- BA in Architecture (required); MA in Architecture preferred.
- Ability to manage projects from initial design concepts through to construction documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience in residential architectural design or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of residential building codes, standards, and local building department procedures.
- Positive, client-focused personality with strong collaboration skills.
