Position Overview: Are you a creative and customer-focused individual with a background in sales and a knack for design? Are you passionate about helping homeowners find the perfect flooring solutions to bring their interior visions to life? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Sales/Designer with a background in residential flooring to join our team and help our clients achieve their dream living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring needs, style preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Offer design advice and assistance in selecting the most suitable flooring options for each customer.
  • Create visually appealing and informative presentations to showcase flooring samples and design ideas.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the residential flooring industry.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential projects in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth and seamless flooring installation process.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in residential flooring sales and design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of various flooring types, materials, and installation methods.
  • Proficiency in computer software for design presentations.
