Residential Maintenance Technician Apply
We are a growing group of companies in behavioral health in Phoenix Arizona and we are seeking a talented, residential maintenance technician to join our Maintenance Team. We have multiple residential houses and a few commercial buildings that support our 1,000 employees and clients. We are looking for a team member who has their own transportation, hand tools and skills in a wide variety of maintenance activities. We pay for mileage, all supplies, as well as a monthly tool allowance. Many of our projects involve working with fellow maintenance team members and sometimes the assignment is solo.
Skills in carpentry, sheetrock, flooring, painting, and similar activities are expected for the position. Additionally, benefits would be skills in minor electrical and HVAC activities. We utilize outside contractors or electrical, HVAC, alarm, and camera systems.

Our work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 7am until 4pm, but there are occasional variations to the schedule to address seasons and various activities. All employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing a background check that will be acceptable under the Department of Developmental Disabilities.
