Big Rock Insulation is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Rapid City, SD. We specialize in providing insulation solutions and emphasize a positive work environment, professional growth, and competitive compensation.
Position Details:
Title: Residential Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Rapid City, SD (relocation required)
Salary: Base salary of $52,000 per year plus commission; expected first-year earnings up to $80,000.
Benefits: Include employee discount, flexible schedule, base salary plus commission, quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
New Residential Contractor Acquisition: Expand relationships with residential contractors through direct outreach, trade shows, networking, and lead generation.
Project Evaluation: Analyze project requirements and specifications to provide accurate cost estimates.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Work with vendors to obtain pricing for materials and services.
Documentation: Prepare detailed estimates, cost breakdowns, and timelines.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align estimates with project goals.
Technology Utilization: Use estimation software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales preferred, with a strong track record of success.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes and materials preferred.
Software Proficiency: Competent in estimation software.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skill
