The Resistance Welder I is responsible for fabricating all components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
This position is part of the Pall Aerospace Air Value Stream and will be located onsite in New Port Richey, FL. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and overtime is routine.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Fabricate parts to blueprint and work instruction specifications using various hand and power tools (i.e. shears, micro capacity resistance welding, die size, air ram test, scope, etc.)
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers and data.
  • Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to managers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience soldering; reading and understanding blueprints; basic math skills; and using measuring equipment such as calipers and drop gauges.
  • Ability to understand, follow, and effectively communicate verbal and written instructions.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Soldering
  • Use of measuring equipment such as calipers and drop gauges.
Other requirements:
  • This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
